Managing Partner  Bio

Paul Joseph is a Principal of PerG.

 

Paul manages a firm comprised of HR professionals, many of whom are also employment attorneys. We deliver comprehensive HR solutions and critical on-site investigatory or interim management needs at a competitive price. Often, we are called in for on-site work on just a day's notice.

 

Paul has a comprehensive human resources and employee relations background having worked in both public and private companies.He has worked with both start-ups and global organizations in the technology and financial services industries. Paul also served as in-house counsel with North American Philips Corporation, and as an associate with Jackson Lewis.

 

Joseph earned a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, a MBA from Babson College in Organizational Behavior, and a BBA from Baruch College.In addition, he has completed certificate programs in Strategic Human Resources from the Harvard Business School, Organizational and Career Development Systems from the University of Michigan School of Business and a joint program in Mediation from the University of Connecticut and the Quinnipiac School of Law.
