Sexual Harassment Prevention

Our sexual harassment prevention training focusses not only on the law, but what is and is not appropriate for creating a respectful workplace.  Our class is extremely interactive with vignettes, mini quizzes, and real-life examples based on actual investigations.  We look beyond speaking about just the target and the accused and spend a good deal of time discussing the role of witnesses and bystanders.
